  1. Breakfast: papaya, pineapple, 2 cuties, kombucha (not pictured)

    Snack: iced coffee (Nescafé gold, unsweetened almond milk, sugar free caramel sweetener)

    Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 slice violife “cheddar”, 4 slices yves “turkey” cold cut, roasted red pepper cashew spread, onion, tomato, baby spinach

    Snack: made good strawberry crispy square

    Dinner: 4 potato and onion pierogis boiled then fried with a little olive oil, roasted broccoli, zucchini, and onions (I forgot to take a picture 😭😭)** 384 calories not 364

    Snack: 4 dark chocolate squares

    I started eating my breakfast before remembering to take a picture so one of the cuties is half eaten and I took a few bites of pineapple. I don’t usually like sandwiches but this one was sooo good. I should have taken a picture of the sandwich cut open because this picture does not do it justice! Also, I’m obsessed with those made good crispy bars!!

    I’ve only ever liked Lindt dark chocolate – is the PC Organic one worth buying, or does it have that nasty waxy flavor to it?
