Oil-free fries and salad – Slightly higher cal but also high volume and very, very delicious and satiating. Around 560 cals.

    – 1 big sweet gem lettuce
    – 1 avocado
    – a handful of chives
    – 1.5 tsp Paul Newman balsamic dressing
    – some lemon juice/flesh
    – 2 medium potatoes
    – garlic powder
    – chilli flakes

    For the fries just cut potatoes up and toss with salt, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Bake em until they start browning a bit then loosen them from the tray, shake around a bit and repeat. Done!

    Looks lovely and filling! I don’t think I could limit myself to 1 tsp. of dressing though. Does the lemon juice serve partly as a dressing?

    Looks like a good high carb low fat vegan dinner! I love it! Kinda gives me Raw till 4 vibes. 😉
