– 100g cashews
– 0.2 cup alpro no sugars soya milk
– 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
– 8g gram flour
– 1 tsp light soya sauce
– 2 tbsp Frank’s hot sauce
– turmeric, paprika, mustard, pepper, peri peri seasoning
~ 245 cals per serving of sauce
For the rest of the bake (serves 3)
– 20g golden breadcrumbs
– 240g cauliflower
– 195g broccoli
– 100g vivera bacon pieces
– 6 sprays oil spray (for bacon pieces)
