  1. I recently discovered these Konjac Jelly drinks at my local asian grocery store! They’re basically like drinkable Jello, but without the gelatin, and under 10 calories!

I’ve only had the Watermelon flavor so far, here are the ingredients:

    > Water, Erythiritol, Konjac gum mix(Carrageenan, Konjac Powder, Gellan gum, Xanthan gum, Locust bean gum, Trisodium citrate), Citric acid, watermelon concentrate, Calcium lactate, Sucralose, Acesulfame potassium, Artificial watermelon flavor.

I assume the other flavors are likely vegan, but as always, please double check!

You can find [this brand](https://www.amazon.com/Jelly-B-Konjac-Jelly-Packs-150ml/dp/B07QZ4ZFZ3/) and [similar Konjac Jelly drinks](https://www.amazon.com/s?k=konjac+jelly) on Amazon as well.

**EDIT**: As others have said, too much konjac can cause digestive/GI issues, so please be careful not to consume this too often! I will definitely be following this advice as well.

  2. Please don’t go wild and drink a bunch in one sitting just because they’re low calorie. I think they call konjac “the devil’s root” in English. Learned why after eating a ton of shirataki one day. So much gastrointestinal distress.

  3. Awesome, yeah I used to use Konjac based glass noodles and it was a great way to reduce the overall calories in a meal.

As some have said do be careful as too much in one go can give you mad stomach pain, however for what its worth i found that consuming a couple of large glasses of water either side of eating konjac helps greatly in reducing any gastrointestinal distress you may otherwise experience.

    Enjoy your new low-cal snack!

They look great, but as other commenters have said – just be careful with konjac. Ingesting too much can cause gastrointestinal problems – the noodles etc have reportedly been linked to intestinal blockages, requiring medical attention. Haven’t heard anything about the jelly though – I hope the rest of the flavours are great!

Bruh, one a day. No More no less, unless you wish to spend half your day praising the porcelain gods.

I bought some Amazon and was slowly enjoying here and there but stock quickly dwindling. My sister came to a couple days later confessed to having eaten 3 at once, she said she just really wanted some jello and it looked low cal, cold and yum. She then said she had practically been shattting herself for the past 3 days.

  6. I love these! I believe the watermelon flavour is the only non vegan one (unfortunately they use carmine/120 as the food dye which is made from beetles) but the ingredients may have changed since I last checked. The mango and blueberry ones are 👌👌👌

I love Kojac jelly! I was able to cut out all my sugar craving thanks to this beautiful delicious alternative snack. I’ve gotten a bad habit of consuming soo much sugar during covid. It just helped me back on my healthy diet. I live in Chicago downtown and saw the jelly product in the juice section at Mariano’s. I’ve tried so many different konjac jelly and by far this one is the most tasteful one that I settled on.
