    >This is one of my favorite dinners to make – 142g Westsoy brand seitan (best pre-made seitan brand, imo) with bbq sauce, fajita veggies with seasoning (chili powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin), slaw (from bag) with low cal dressing.

    >Slaw – the dressing for the slaw is Marukan rice vinegar with splenda (or whatever sweetener you choose), salt, and pepper to taste. Toss cole slaw mix with dressing.
