    I’m new here, trying to learn. I’d have to have at least 3 lunches of what you had

  3. nobody who works out daily has a tdee of 1200… unless you’re like 4’7 or a toddler, you need to reverse diet

    how do you only use half a bag of frozen vegetables and reheat other half for later?

    All the frozen veggies i buy tell me to throw the whole bad in microwave but idk what do if i only wanna eat half a bag
