  2. What are these packets of ‘meat cubes’ and how do I use them? (In case they are innards, I want to know)

  3. Those look like tacos de jamón, which you usually cut from the parts you can’t slice cleanly (e.g., near the hoof) and are snacked as is (or with cheese cubes, etc.), or use in cooking (like lardons just a lot tastier). I’d definitely snack.

  4. Ham chunks (from tougher areas to slice etc.). Personally, I would make some croquetas at the very least! (Cut them up a little smaller though.)

  5. Should have posted a picture of the box before you opened it. It would give us a better idea of what’s inside
