Pretty big bowl of pasta for dinner coming in at under 400. Super filling actually really good !

I prepared this with spray olive oil. Literally barely any and the Siracha chili paste which has 0 cal to add some flavor. Started with finely chopping the carrots, mushrooms and celery. Added those to the pan, they added the marinara sauce zucchini and the “ground beef.” While that simmered I cooked my pasta and added the spinach as well as a dash of oregano and pepper. Then added some vegetable stock to make the sauce a bit thinner, and added my pasta once it was drained and saved just a little bit of the pasta water to add it in. Was planning on adding some nutritional yeast but forgot :(( overall it was a really good filling meal was shocked it was under 400 cal. These pasta noodles are super yummy the protien also came in at about 40 grams for the meal! Pretty solid macros. I got too lazy to make a marinara sauce so I just stuck to the store bought even tho it has a crazy amount of sodium but still super yummy and macro friendly!
