    Recipe:
    500ml of water with 1-2 Tbs of vegetable broth
    120 gr of red lentil, 1 tbs of oil, Half an onion, Garlic, red chili, pepper, salt. Serve with lemon juice and parsley

    How to make:
    Garlic and onion into a pot with the oil
    Then add the lentils, spices, and 100 ml of water
    After 1-2 min the vegetable broth (mixed with 400 ml of water) and let it cook on medium heat for around 15-20 min
    You can also add A carrot or potato (I don’t like it that much).

    At the end use a stamper or a big spoon to squish the lentils until they have a creamy consistency. (More kcal if you add a spoon of yogurt while eating).
