    For the potatoes I made a half and half mixture of Idahoan original instant potatoes and blended cooked frozen cauliflower with cashew milk, about a table spoon of smart balance and various seasonings. I used Campbell’s mushroom gravy on top.

    They turned out super delicious and the cauliflower blended in perfectly with the potatoes

    Looks tasty 🙂 Homemade mushroom gravy is also really quick, easy and super low calorie if you have the time! It’s just mushroom, veg stock, onion and flour of choice!
