  1. around 480 calories with everything 🙂 pancakes are with flour(90-100g) & hot water(50-60ml), 1/2 teaspoon salt and scallions folded in. I cooked them in some olive oil in the pan. Dipping sauce is chilli paste + soy sauce, ginger, garlic and toasted sesame seeds.

  3. omg I used to eat so many scallion pancakes but haven’t since trying to lose weight, I really need to try to make some again (but not like 300 of them of course lol) !!!!
