    Wow wow wee wow it’s been a min since I’ve shared a recipes… I’ve officially hit the “Languishing” (see [NYT article](https://www.nytimes.com/2021/04/19/well/mind/covid-mental-health-languishing.html?fbclid=IwAR1C0WtgQm5ro2DqpHE6GlYWFk-fuCC7QmQTRfOL83UAZik2bE5L2UC1-lU)) part of the pandemic and it’s been hard to focus on anything outside of 9-5 work. There is a lot of power in giving something a name and after reading about it and feeling validated, I got the motivation to finally get this recipe for Brothy Orzo with Kale & Mushrooms up on the site. Make this guy with minimal ingredients and just one pot/skillet!

    Sounds amazing! I don’t have nearly enough orzo recipes to try.
    Also, I just realized I hate the word “brothy” 😂
