One fine morning with dosa( fermented rice and lentil) crepes. With 2 types of chutneys. 240 calories for 2 dosas. vegan food. Dips are peanut, coconut and cilantro and other is cilantro with spices.

    The balls are urad and chana dal fritters mixed with the same batter that the dosa is made of. There are several dosa recipes. 2:3 proportion of urad dal and parboiled rice; fermented for a day or so depending on the temperature. Grind the mix to form smooth batter in blender. Use it for several methods of cooking. the dips are mixed with spices like mustard tempered in oil.
