  1. Milk tea – black tea, cashew milk, coconut sugar

    Avocado toast – whole grain bread, avocado, grape tomatoes

    Smoothie – kale, mango, banana, flaxseeds, turmeric

    Fruit bowl – banana, raspberries, kiwi, almond butter, Brazil nuts (not pictured)

    Taco bowl – romaine lettuce, tvp with taco seasoning, avocado, black beans, quinoa, mushrooms, tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, lime, cilantro (I just realized I forgot to add corn to my bowl 😔)

  3. To confirm this is all you ate all day? Do you feel full after all of this? It looks tasty but I think I would still be hungry after
