    75g frozen mango (45cals), 40g frozen pineapple (20cals), 28g frozen kale (7cals).

    Then add water, a glug of lime juice, and a teaspoon of minced ginger!

    My favourite for getting rid of mid afternoon hunger whilst also sneaking in goodness and feeling like a vision of health

    so… off topic question but do you know the formula for calculating calories based on the amount of grams they weigh in at?

    i struggle immensely with math and cant find a solution on google, idk if im using the wrong keywords but nothing comes up, same with on this subreddit

    like, i have no idea how you manage to figure out the calories of X amount of grams for, lets say, kale

    odd question to get but i appreciate the help 🙏😅
