    The Beyond breakfast sausages were delicious. I added the mushrooms to the pan after cooking the sausages to add more flavor. To volumize the Just Egg I added a little water and whipped it before cooking. It did make them a little fluffier.

  3. This year marks my 20th year of being veg. Isn’t it amazing how far we’ve come? So happy to see how accesible this way of life has become!!
