This is my second day of 1200 cals. I find that if I start the day with more protein, I feel fuller.

6 oz House Foods Firm Tofu (140 cals)

1 cup Frozen Kale & Spinach (25 cals)

4 Cherry Tomatoes (12 cals)

Pinch of Kala Namak (for eggy taste)

1 tsp Nutritional Yeast (7 cals)

Pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, black pepper

\- I put all the ingredients in a pan and saute. If it gets too dry add a splash of water or soy milk.

Air fried for 10 mins cubed potato (4 oz) with granulated onion powder, granulated garlic powder and black pepper.

292 Calories ( the splash of milk and spices make it about 300 – 310).

I think I can eat this way!
