    Soup was muy deliciosa! Entire recipe made 9.5 cups. Pictured is 1.5 cups.

    I added corn, used less oil and lentils as well as dried herbs instead of fresh. Only used 1 clove of garlic, no parsnips, and only 4 cups of broth (not 6).

    If you follow the recipe and do not use fresh herbs, then *please* do not use 1 T of dried rosemary because it is way too much. Start with 1/2 a tablespoon and then taste it. Also the recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic which is also excessive. 1.5 or 2 is plenty.
