    My changes – used lower calorie riced pasta for orzo (Fiber Gourmet, 56 g dry weight for full recipe), less spinach, only spray oil, no poured oil, 2 cloves garlic instead of 3, added a tsp of sugar, and dash of Jada Vegan Chicken Salt for color and flavor. Also, opted for Better than Bouillon No Chicken broth instead of veggie broth.

    I give this recipe a 10/10 and will definitely make again. Very filling and nice for in-between larger meals.
