Pictured here is half of the entire coleslaw recipe (link to recipe in another comment) and then approximately 188 grams of the potatoes recipe (link to recipe also in another comment) Sometimes I’ll add 1 tbsp of ketchup to the potatoes, depends on my mood!
that’s lot of potato for under 300! nice!
This looks so good! Sometimes I crave a savory breakfast and this looks perfect!

This looks so yummy, but would personally make me sooooo hungry within an hour or two.
Omg I’m embarassed to say I never thought to put dill on roast potato. And I LOVE dill.
Damn I might start having this every day too
I’m actually in disbelief that there are this many potatoes under 300 😍
Yum! Saving this post to make tomorrow
Jesus this looks soooo good
Do you weigh pre or post cooking? I’m still wrapping my head around this low calorie count and I’m pretty sure weighing it post cooking will lower the weight, giving you more potatoes and more calories.
I’m not trying to be rude, sorry if it comes off that way by questioning you, I just can’t believe this many potato’s can be so low calorie.
That literally looks like my dream meal 😍
