237 calories for my cherry pie inspired high protein ice cream with graham crackers for “crust”

  1. I made this with my Ninja Creami ice cream maker. For one pint mix 28 grams of vegan whey (California Performance, vanilla sundae flavor) with 14 grams of pudding mix (vanilla flavor, use a mix that doesn’t contain gelatin like Jello brand), 1 tsp guar gum, and 2 cups of Silk Cashew milk.

    The cherries are Walmart brand sugar free pie filling. Only 35 cals for 1/3 cup! Tastes very decadent.

    I do this with fresh berries, a few crushed bunny grahams and whipped cream. You can microwave the berries and cookies first. Need to feed the pie urge!

    Got me thinking… what happens when you put pudding in an ice cream maker? I’ve frozen pudding cups before & that’s tasty.
