Absolutely incredible meal. Such skillful grilling, you almost don’t believe that everything is done over flame. A true mastery of ingredients and grilling.

won’t let me post video but the snapper and chocolate soufflé were great. the soufflé was one of the best desserts i’ve ever had.

  1. I know it’s not the point, but I bloody love the look of that bread. The more I think about it, the more I would like to compile the best breads from these meals.

  3. Wondering if the tuna dish is actually canned/conserved tuna? Also the way its cut looks different from how they prepare fresh tuna/bonito. I had their bonito once. Magnificent.

  4. How were you able to secure a reservation? We will be in SB in the beginning of July and I have tried to no avail. I’ve sent requests for the waiting list and emails, but have not received any response.
