Dinner – 9th May 2023. Epicure menu 488 SGD without taxes. I agreed to visit again after 5 years (did lunch back in 2018). Wow it definitely blew me away! From start to finish, the dishes were executed well. I was super full (but I didn’t eat anything prior as I just landed from Tokyo at 5am and was napping the whole day). If you only had one restaurant to splurge I would recommend Odette (or Zén my other favourite).

Pigeon Looks marvelous!
Absolutely stunning, I chose not to go to anything European while I was visiting Singapore recently, went with Thevar but this looks like a different level!
