First time making prosciutto is this gone bad?

    The yellow is mold looks mildly concerning… BUT if it were me I would wipe the whole thing down with vinegar and let that dry a little. And then run it all down with pork fat and help keep it clear of unwanted molds. Doesn’t look like any “bad molds” but I’m not an expert and sometimes more willing to f*ck around and find out as it were
