  1. Butterbeans, 127 grams

    Quinoa rice mix (1/5 of box)

    1 T diced shallot

    lemon juice (1 lemon wedge)

    sweetener

    salt/cracked pepper

    Better than bouillon, 1 tsp

    Chopped parlsey & 1/8 c diced red bell pepper

    Make quinoa rice mix, but use Better than Bouillon in the water for flavor. I didn’t add oil, but you can. I only used 1/2 of the flavor packet.

    Combine that with 127 grams of Butter beans and, parsley, bell pepper, and diced shallot. Add flavors: lemon juice, cracked pepper, sweetener, salt
