Are you using the plastic bottle for moisture? What is going on here?
This cannot possibly be a real setup….
I’ve made a cardboard smoker while visiting a friend 1800kms away, too far to carry my smoking cabinet.
Took my portable Sausage making kit, we made a couple of dozen Csaba then cold smoked them in a rig just like this.
You can knock it but it works and Is a great way to introduce someone to the dark arts of Sausage making.
Edit: forgot to add, used a perforated smoking tube with pellets
