I used low cal keto friendly buns (60 cal) and Morningstar Garden burgers. I trimmed the violife slices (smoked provolone) to fit the burger and save cals. To make 8 servings of chipotle sauce combine: 1/4 cup Forager sour cream, 1/8 cup chipotles in adobo sauce, sweetener (to taste), 1 tsp low cal vegan mayo, lime juice, and optionally cilantro.
