    Note: I also added turmeric & ginger to the curry (for their anti inflammatory properties) and served with quick pickled watermelon radish. They don’t contribute significant calories so I left them off the recipe calculator i used.

  3. Looks delicious!! One note – it looks like the calorie counting app might have substituted 1/2 cup coconut milk for a 1/2 can coconut milk in its calculation, so you might want to double check it.

  4. That looks delicious 😋. I’ve never used wild rice before, what is it like compared to sushi rice or jasmine rice?

  5. Thanks for this. I made the sauce and tofu today but I served it with raw red peppers and steamed edamame. Simple and good.
