recipe for pizza crust (from @bebalancedmama on tik tok)
    – [ ] 4 cups of flour
    – [ ] 1 cup plain greek yogurt
    – [ ] 1 teaspoon self rising yeast
    – [ ] 1 cup water
    – [ ] (optional, i added parsley, garlic/onion powder, garlic salt, and basil to my dough)

i used a bread maker to knead my dough for me.
if you don’t have a bread maker, mix the yeast and water together, then slowly pour over your flour/yogurt/seasoning mixture. it’s recommended to let it chill over night in the fridge if you use this method.
when you’re ready to make the pizza, while the oven was preheating to 425, i stuck my pizza crust in there to warm up for a bit before i added any toppings. once it reached 425, i added the toppings.
    for toppings, i used:
    – [ ] homemade browned whipped garlic butter (optional)
    – [ ] good & gather pizza sauce
    – [ ] good & gather shredded mozzarella and shredded parmesan cheese
    – [ ] Yves veggie plant based pepperoni
    – [ ] parsley and truffle parmesan & black garlic

bake pizza for about 20 minutes

I have tried a couple vegan pepperonis in the past that looked and smelled like dogs treats. How was yours?

    Great! Enjoy it 😀

Next time, you could replace the quasi-pepperonis with tomato slices.

You could try to cook the sauce all together, and then add it to the crust. Add one sliced onion per pizza.

  4. It looks delicious from the picture and the recipe is very simple since it’s basically a pizza but boy oh boy is it hard to find a good veggie pepperoni around here.

What kind of cheese did you use? I can’t find a good dairy free cheese anywhere. They all taste terrible and have gross textures. Regular cheese puts me in the toilet for hours. 😂

  6. That’s great looking nice. Btw u can make pizza by adding different ingredients instead of pepperoni too if u like.

Thankfully, you didn’t use a cauliflower crust. I tried it once. Ugggggggh. No thanks.
