Outer ‘ring’ dried out a bit more than the middle… do we vac seal or just zip lock bag to equalise?

  2. If youve hit your water weigh loss then yes, Vac seal and let it sit for 3 weeks. If you havent lost your desired water weight then Id rehang and turn up your humidity a bit. But still Vac seal once its come down. Your case hardening isnt that aggressive yet so theres time to rectify it.
