Really liked this plant-based deli meat. Entire sandwich is 27 grams of protein and 250 calories (including the low calorie bread and sauerkraut slaw)

Bread is “Higher Harvest” brand and is only 30 calories per slice (4 gram protein). To make 3 servings of slaw combine 1 cup of shredded cabbage mix with a little vegan mayo and sauerkraut, and salt, pepper, sweetener. It’s a perfect complement to the deli meat.
Also on plate is a plum-apricot (25 cals).

The other meats they make are really good too. Publix uses their meat for their vegan subs.
I keep seeing this at local sandwich shops and have wondered how it is. I’m going to have to try it.
