    2/6: Different kinds of fish eggs, Olive oil on top of a panna cotta

    3/6: Tartelett with marinated vegetables, a piece of wagyu that was cured like a ham, microgreen salad and a sesame miso sauce

    4/6: Monkfish with a Yuzu/Herb-Beurreblanc, Sushi rice a shiso leaf and citrusy microgreens

    5/6: Pavlova with strawberries, purple shiso gel, a maltosec chip and vanilla ice cream

    6/6: A cold hibiscus broth, lemon meringue tartelette and a cocoa mousse
