Ingredients for 3 servings: 113 g okra, 143 g onion, 38 g celery, 76 g bell pepper, 1/2 jalapeno, 1 clove garlic, 127 g cooked rice (about 1 cup), 4 Big Mountain plant-based sausages, one 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes

First prepare your rice, then pan fry veggies, sausages, and garlic. Add 1 T vegan butter (brand = I can’t Believe It’s not Butter), Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, salt/pepper, tomatoes, rice, and broth.
