Seems like some interesting places have opened up in Brisbane since I left a couple of years ago. Super keen to check this one out.

Places like Exhibition, and a few others I could name in Melbourne and Sydney, are the reason why I’m so perplexed that Michelin has never come out here.
I mean, Michelin is not the final word on quality but it does bring international attention.
