    This is a double tofu-beef burger with kimchi, avocado, red onion, vegan blue cheese and vegan shaved parmesan cheese. I didn’t have hamburger buns so I used my 647 brand Italian bread.

    The fries are air fried extra firm tofu strips seasoned with flour, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and parsley. They’re so perfectly fry-like. The dip is avocado, a tablespoon of whole fat NextMilk (by silk), lime juice, chili powder, a drop of sriracha and a pinch of chipotle pepper.

    About 650 calories, 26g of fat, 50g protein, 20 g of fiber and 37 net carbs.

    Tofu fries! The whole meal looks delicious but tofu fries sounds like something I need in my rotation.

    I can pass on the kimchi personally but otherwise this looks too good to be true! Definitely have to try something like this for myself

    What about the other way it seems I’m having trouble keeping my calories down? I’m poor so I mainly eat bread and rice
