Culture is a small place with open pass kitchen and great atmosphere. The green star for sustainability means that the menu is flexible to seasonality and availability. The chef forages for ingredients daily and gets inspired by the landscape. There is minimum food miles, waste and use of plastics.
An amazing experience overall with spot-on textures and flavors. The local produce shone in all its glory and the impeccable techniques were a vessel to bring the fresh ingredients in the spotlight. Having had a few days wandering in the beautiful Cornish landscapes made the experience even more immersive as we got to taste a quite accurate and inspired interpretation of our hikes.

I went to this restaurant recently (possibly even same day) and had this menu. Completely agree, it was fantastic and a true experience menu.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area and certainly Falmouth. Well worth a visit and wouldn’t be surprised if they add a full star to the Michelin green!
