Been making a few fenalår (cured legs of lamb). One of them has got something that I’m not 100% sure is black mold or not (see pics). There was some white mold near it that I wiped of with vinegar. Nothing happened when I tried to wipe off the stuff on the pictures. Anyone know if it is black mold, or something else?

How about some detail? Cut, recipe/method, aging conditions, etc?
