I made some pork brats using natural casings and #psseasoning garlic and onion blend. I included a 12oz bottle of stout beer instead of water. Finished amazingly well again. Tested a patty and flavors were outstanding.
Letting them rest overnight then vacuum seal to preserve the freshness.
