    tofu katsu:
    – extra firm tofu (pressed, frozen, thawed, & pressed again)
    – 1 egg
    – heaping tbsp of flour
    – salt & pepper
    – panko breadcrumbs

    dredge tofu slices in egg mixture (egg, flour, S&P) & then dredge in panko breadcrumbs.

    bake at 350 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. broil on low until outside is golden brown & crispy!

    curry prepared following the instructions on the Golden Curry box! served over basmati rice 😊
