    Recipe:

    Tofu:

-for the marinade I threw together a tbsp of pasta sauce, a good amount of soy sauce, fresh garlic, oil, and some seasoning

-cut up your tofu into 4 rectangular blocks and make some slits on the surface with a knife

-mix all the marinade ingredients together and properly cover your tofu with them

-let sit for a couple of hours (optional)

-cover a pan with oil and heat it up

-grill for 2 minutes on each side. Make sure it doesn’t burn

    Potatoes:

-Cut up 1 large or two small sized potatoes

-Cover them with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, garlic, some oil and any one primary seasoning of your choice to give it flavour

-Spread on a microwave safe dish and pop it in for 8 minutes

I agree that the potatoes look kind of plain but they were bursting with flavor.

It must have been tasty because someone has taken a bite in between photos before you got off that second shot!

Bold of you to call those potatoes roasted, although if the potatoes read these comments then they definitely are roasted

  5. I guess your potatoes got plenty of *roast* in the comments. But I’ll be the polite one and say that grilled tofu looks superb.

I’d eat this any day, but I’d prolly add some charred broccolini 😋 yum!!

Making a bland tofu into something scrumptious is really an art. You should top this with chopped green onions and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.

I have never once managed to cook tofu and have it turn out nicely 🫣
