imthed0ct0r on May 6, 2023 5:26 pm Recipe: Tofu: -for the marinade I threw together a tbsp of pasta sauce, a good amount of soy sauce, fresh garlic, oil, and some seasoning -cut up your tofu into 4 rectangular blocks and make some slits on the surface with a knife -mix all the marinade ingredients together and properly cover your tofu with them -let sit for a couple of hours (optional) -cover a pan with oil and heat it up -grill for 2 minutes on each side. Make sure it doesn’t burn Potatoes: -Cut up 1 large or two small sized potatoes -Cover them with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, garlic, some oil and any one primary seasoning of your choice to give it flavour -Spread on a microwave safe dish and pop it in for 8 minutes
