This place had one of the best platings I had ever seen. The courses were very imaginative and well-executed. I can’t believe they only have one star, for how long this place has been around.
One of my favorite dishes was the sardine (the one that looks blue). It had this very salty and sweet blue jelly at bottom, the dish felt very layered and oceanic.
The rabbit for the main course was excellent too.
It also stands out to me for its Greek influences. Services were good but a bit inconsistent (one of the waitors was clearly very inexperienced). Overall this place is the top 3 one starred places I’ve been to and def worth a visit!
