Sauce recipe:
1 can Hunts garlic and herb tomato sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp ground onion
1 clove fresh garlic minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch salt and pepper
1 package Tofurkey Italian sausage sliced into small pieces, about 10 per link
Spaghetti squash instructions:
Cut in half and remove seeds. In the inside, sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper and a light drizzle of olive oil. Flip it over and poke your fork into each half 5-6 times. Bake this side up for 45 min at 375. When it’s done, flip them back over and fluff your inner squash with a fork. Mix in some of your sauce only (no sausage) with the spaghetti squash. Top it with the sausage and sauce mixture and then sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Stick it back in the oven on broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned slightly.
Green beans were just a Birds Eye steam fresh bag with some fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese – measure with your heart (or stomach)

That’s basically what I always aim to create but it never turns out anywhere near as good looking as that

Parmesan is not vegetarian

That looks delicious, and like another user mentioned, the traditional parmesan is not vegetarian but there are plenty of great substitute options so that’s what I assume you meant.
