  1. Ingredients:

    🔸quinoa – 1/2 tbsp.

    🔸 red lentils – 1/4 tbsp.

    🔸 oatmeal flakes – 1/4 tbsp.

    🔸 favorite spices – to taste (oregano, basil)

    Preparation:

    🌱 rinse quinoa and soak in water overnight

    🌱 soak the lentils overnight, drain in the morning and leave them to germinate for a few hours.

    🌱 soak oatmeal flakes in water overnight

    🌱 drain the water from the quinoa and oat flakes, but not all of it.

    🌱 put all ingredients in a blender whip for 2 minutes

    🌱 bake on a dry skillet

    Sauce for the fritters:

    🔸 coconut milk – 1/2 tbsp.

    🔸curcumin – a tip of tsp.

    🔸 black salt – to taste.

    🔸 keshyu – 1 tbsp.

    Whisk all the ingredients in a blender and bring to a boil.
