Wonderful meal at JR recently. A very luxurious feeling restaurant, top notch service, delicious food. You can order either the tasting menu (whole table), or a prix fixe menu (diners can select different numbers of courses). Every dish I had was excellent, really no weak spots, loved the bread cart and mignardise cart, cheese selection was decent, and of course the potatoes.

Glad you liked it. When we went a few years back we found it very underwhelming considering the price and comparing it to similarly priced meals we’ve had.
This was my first Michelin restaurant, 3 stars at the time. I still think about the king crab dish. One of the best bites of food ever.
I don’t care if it’s overrated, I love Joel Robuchon. Best fine dining in Vegas, imo.
