  1. Pictured is one serving of lentils soup, (recipe below) + 24 “Ground up” brand crackers + blackberries, raspberries, and 1/2 mandarin orange.

    lentil soup, 3 servings

    * ½ c uncooked brown lentils
    * Carrots, 95 g
    * Celery, 2 stalks
    * Greens, 25 g
    * Onions, 35 g
    * 1/3 tsp cumin
    * 1/3 tsp smoked paprika
    * 3 tsp Better than Bouillon “no chicken”
    * dash tumeric
    * Optional – dash sweetener of choice
    * pepper
    * couple drops of liquid smoke
    * 1 T oil to cook veggies in

    I pre-cooked lentils the night before to use in various dishes. The next day I sauteed the carrots, celery, onion, and greens with oil. Combined all that with lentils and everything else along with enough water to make 716 g of soup (238 grams per serving)

    If you wanted you could cook the veggies without oil, but I think it makes the soup tastier.

    Everything looks yummy. But I’m just fascinated by the anemic looking cheezits. I take it they’re good?

  3. Wow this looks so good! I def need to give this recipe a try bc I often eat canned lentil soup and it’s way more calories without the fruit and crackers

  4. What type of crackers are those? They look like tastier version of a cheese-less cheese it, that’s the best description I can make. Haha 💕
