Really enjoyed Jua after an underwhelming experience at Crown Shy this weekend. Much more what you would expect from a 1 star.
My favorite dishes were the Caviar Kim and the Tomato & Tuna. The Tomato and tuna is new on the menu this summer and was really quite good.
My only complaint would be that those 2 dishes were the most memorable by a long shot and they were pretty early on in the meal. They set a high expectation that some of the main dishes didn’t seem meet.
Overall I really enjoyed Jua for the price and it seems like one of the more affordable experiences of this caliber. Just over $700 for all the add ons and wine pairing for 2 people

The caviar kim is soooo good. I’d be satisfied with just a plate of those. Was the uni Kim a supplement?

Looks great, but putting Love you Bunches in a wine pairing is kind of insulting lol

Whoah looks like they cut a course? I think we had a tomato and razor clam dish AND a spot prawn one last time before the jook and after the kims. But I did like the Kalbi as a main last time.

Love you bunches is a fun wine, but that is a CHEAPY to pair at such a nice restaurant.

FYI you can ask for a second helping of caviar & Kim if they have extra for the night. They charged me $35 per piece
