Rest, most closely translated to leftover, as their focus is mainly using food parts that the food industry throw away (like goat meat, weird shaped vegetables, etc).

Not a michelin stared restaurant, but could easily be.

My second time there and can only praise them for excellent creativity, great food and awesome wine pairings!

  1. I’m no expert but it seems totally arbitrary that this has no stars but so many other places that look ‘normal’ compared to this do.

    And they actually have a philosophy that makes sense unlike the waste in most restaurants.
