Probably because of the allulose. 90 cal per bag is a good deal! I will be looking for these.
Allulose. It’s aftertaste free and not as bad as other alcohol sugars for the GI (in the amounts that actually sweeten).
Monk fruit is a sweetener which people on keto diets use.
These are so good!! If you like this flavor, I also recommend the teriyaki one and the BBQ one (these are also on the sweeter side).
Like others said ‘allulose’ but it also contains a bit of molasses too and Monkfruit extract too.

Yuca is mildly sweet, but there’s also allulose, molasses, and monk fruit in there. All sweet things! The allulose and monk fruit will be mostly responsible as they are 0 cal sweeteners.
