How is this fridge? I still have time to return it if it is not good, apparently the temp fluctuates abit, it goes up to 15c. Also what are ways to dehumidify fridge? Our room temp here in the UK is around 65%. I bought a small dehumidifier but my husband won’t let me use it saying it is “chinese crap” and doesn’t work and uses loads of electricity. He said I can use thoes bead things that I can dry in the oven every few days.

The picture is of the fridge that I bought that I want to turn into a curing chamber, and of the dehumidifier for reference of what I bought but will be returning as husband is not ok with it.
Ensure that the humdifier is an ultrasonic type.
