After weeks of equalizing in the fridge, time to slice and vac seal for friends and family.

I just got the same slicer and use it for jerky. Any tips on how to keep everything clean/cold? I notice it gets pretty warm and causes any fat to start to melt, making a huge mess that’s hard to clean.
